Monster Hunter Wilds is one of several major titles scheduled for launch in 2025, and over the last few days, Capcom offered players the chance to get a taste of the action RPG’s offerings with an open beta across all platforms. Unsurprisingly, the beta attracted a massive audience, and though impressions have been positive, many have pointed out the rough technical state that the game was in.

Capcom, however, has assured players that the final product will be in much better shape. In a post on Steam covering known issues in the beta, the company reiterated that the game is still in development, and that it is “committed to ensuring the quality of the final product”.

Meanwhile, over on Twitter, Capcom also specifically pointed to visual issues in the game’s Steam version caused by Frame Generation being enabled, confirming that the issue “will be fixed in the full game”, and is “already in a more improved state compared to the beta test.”

Monster Hunter Wilds is due out on February 28, 2025 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.
